To say it’s been a whirlwind doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of life these last few years. We’ve all been on our own journeys and found our own discoveries.
For Lesley and I, our dream of living on a bus quickly changed as we found ourselves attracted to living life on an island in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
We came to Pender Island for a visit. It was supposed to be a weekend visit to celebrate a friend’s birthday, but that weekend visit turned into a huge life changer for us!
Before we knew it, we had put an offer on a new home. We had packed whatever belongings we had left, rented a UHaul, and began our new life, in our new home, on Pender Island, BC.

We started a Bed N Breakfast out of our home and have really enjoyed connecting with people from all over the world and welcoming them into our space.

It is amazing how that transition took place. Many of us were caught off guard but not surprised by your change of direction. It seems like only yesterday that you headed west because it all seems so natural now that it has happened. It is my intent to get there for a visit and hopefully soon. We can figure that out one day. Miss seeing your faces on a regular basis, but the love in my heart stays strong for the many happy moments we share. I totally upended my life in my late thirties and became a better person because of it so I do understand. Always trusting in our friendship. Much love to you Sarah, Lesley and Bron
